Each piece is brand new but may feature small cosmetic variations - a light mark in the leather, a subtle logo detail, or minor hardware scratch. These unique imperfections don’t affect functionality or style, but make every bag one of a kind.

Please note all purchases of "Slightly Imperfect" items are final, and there are no exchanges, returns or refunds on these items for any reason.

This includes any cases where the customer feels the imperfection on the "Slightly Imperfect" bag is different or worse than the examples provided in the pictures. We endeavour to display a wide range of imperfections on the product pages but are unable to photograph every bag and photograph every type of imperfection.

During our Slightly Imperfect sale, all bags have been pre packed to ensure orders are dispatched quickly and efficiently. As this is one of our busiest times of the year, we’re unable to provide individual photos of each item.

Each product page features an ‘Imperfections’ section that outlines the minor imperfections your bag may have, including photos and descriptions of the possible variations.

Please note that these imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not impact the quality, functionality or longevity of the bag.

We offer free express shipping via Australia Post Express and DHL Express International on orders over $100.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. While we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, please note there may be small dispatch delays during our busiest periods like sale.
