Your order

Once your order is complete, you'll be emailed a shipping notification email from us with a link to track your order.

Yes. Due to the value of our handbags, all packages are sent via a "signature upon delivery" service and cannot be left at your door. If you are not home to sign for your delivery, a note will be left for you and your order will be taken to your local post office for collection.

Returns + Exchanges

Yes, all full priced items can be returned to us for a refund. Please commence a refund request in our returns portal within 14 days of it arriving to you.

Please note we are unable to process refunds for Slightly Imperfect items or items bought on sale, including items bought during a flash sale, so please choose carefully.

Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your colour or style, we recommend you repurchase the new item you would like and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance to our return conditions.

Please note all Sale and "Slightly Imperfect" orders are final and not able to be refunded or exchanged as per our returns policy. This includes items bought during a Flash Sale.

Our Bags + Leather

Leather is a natural material, so each bag is slightly different in appearance. The leather used in each bag will vary slightly and will have natural individual characteristics. The surface structure will not be completely uniform and may include minor blemishes and imperfections. Any imperfections, creases, variations or irregularities should be considered characteritics of the product. 

All VESTIRSI products are made in Italy, the birth place of the world's finest leather.

Our bags are all handmade in Italy from Italian Leather.

Leather is our material of choice due to its timeless quality and its durable, flexible and long lasting nature. However, as with all purchases, we encourage you to do your own research and invest in pieces that align with your personal values.

A good quality leather protector or conditioner can help extend the life of your bag. We suggest visiting a leather goods repair store to find the most suitable product to protect, condition and clean your bag. Always test any protector, cleaner or conditioner product on an inconspicuous part of your item before applying it to the entire bag.

We recommend storing your VESTIRSI leather items in their VESTIRSI dust bag when not in use. Never store any leather items in plastic and always store away from heat and direct sunlight (due to fading) and in a dry space, away from any moisture. As leather is a natural product, if it is kept in a damp, moist area it can be prone to grow mold.

When our bags arrive from Italy they are put through rigorous quality control inspections. Sometimes there are sometimes minor imperfections in these bags, which has led us to create a "Slightly Imperfect" collection. 

All the bags in the "Slightly Imperfect" collection are all still handmade in Italy from Italian leather, brand new and structurally sound. They simply have minor imperfections, so have been discounted accordingly. 

The specific imperfections have been photographed and detailed in the product descriptions.

2021: Motherless Daughters + PANDA 

Motherless Daughters Australia helps women and girls navigate the emotional distress and impact caused by losing their mothers. 

PANDA aka Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia supports women, men and families across Australia affected by anxiety and depression during pregnancy and in the first year of parenthood.

2020: Liptember + Red Cross 

In 2020, as well as supporting Liptember, we chose to also donate to Red Cross Australia due to the catastrophic bushfires that ravaged NSW + VIC in January 2020. Through their humanitarian work, Red Cross Australia supports vulnerable women and families and is "there for people in need, no matter who you are, no matter where you live."

2019: Liptember 

Liptember is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for women's mental health, harnessing the true potential of the collective, encouraging and inspiring people to listen, share, and learn. Helping start the conversation off, by popping a little colour on; individuals are encouraged to register online and seek sponsorship from family, friends and co-workers for committing to wear the lippy throughout September. Funds raised by Liptember are donated to the Centre for Women’s Mental Health, Lifeline, Batyr, RUOK?, The Jean Hailes Foundation and The Pretty Foundation. 


Why women's mental health? 1 in 3 Australian women will experience depression or anxiety in their lifetime. Women’s mental health issues are therefore one of the more prevalent issues facing the modern woman, yet are so often swept under the rug. Therefore, we are great advocates for the work these charities do to remove stigma and open up the conversation around mental health.
