I purchased the Jillian bag for my daughter for her birthday - for 'the modern elegant woman' I was told! And it sure is. She absolutely LOVES it. The bag is made from the most beautiful soft leather, it is so well crafted and I know it will be a bag she will treasure for a long time. I also want to mention the superior customer service I received. When I realised I had purchased the bag a little out of the time allowed for a return if the bag was not something my daughter wanted, the owner of Vestirsi, Monica, replied straight away and gave me extra time. I was absolutely delighted with the care she took to be involved and to allow me to do this. As it happened a return was definitely not necessary!
