All VESTIRSI products are made in Italy, the birth place of the world's finest leather. Italian leather has long held the reputation as the best leather in the world and the Italian commitment to incredibly high standards of manufacturing, means only the very best quality hides are used ensuring a durable, long lasting leather product.

VESTIRSI leather bags are crafted from a variety of authentic quality Italian leathers. As leather is a natural material each VESTIRSI bag may have slightly unique variations in shade and texture. As a natural material, leather can fade & soften over time.

Leather is our material of choice due to its timeless quality and its durable, flexible and long lasting nature. However as with all purchases we encourage you to do your own research and invest in pieces that align with your personal values.

We have collaborated with Italian leather artisans who have been making leather handbags and accessories for decades. Their leather is sourced from Italian leather manufacturers who have a commitment to working with leather which is the strictly the by-product of the meat industry. No animals are harmed for the sole purpose of creating VESTIRSI leather bags.

Nothing can completely prevent scuffs and scratches on leather goods but we have added a fine anti-scratch material to the surface of our bags to help minimise marks and  scratches. If you are particularly concerned about scratches and marks please note that in general pebbled leather will hide marks and scratches better than smooth leather.
Nothing can prevent wear and tear if your bag is not cared for but a good leather protector can help extend the life of your bag. We suggest visiting a leather goods repair store (or shoe repairer) to find the most suitable product to protect, condition and clean your bag. Always test any protector, cleaner or conditioner product on an inconspicuous part of your item before applying it to the entire bag.
We recommend storing your leather bag in it's VESTIRSI dust bag when not in use. Never store any leather items in plastic and always store them in a cool, dry place away from heat.
