A small selection of our best selling convertible backpack tote BELLA were slightly damaged in transit, where slight indentations were marked into the leather. (Please see images 2,3,4 + 5 for examples.) When in use, the marks would be difficult to notice and only become obvious when the bag is very closely inspected. Once the bag is full with your items, any indentations on the leather would be very difficult to notice as your items “fill up” the leather. With time, these slight imperfections would largely disappear, as the leather softens with wear and use.
We also have afew backpack which do not have indentations on the leather, but have minor marks on the strap. (See last image as an example). This imperfection would also be very hard to notice, except under close inspection.
Besides these minor flaws, the bags are in perfect, unused condition and still fully functional.
