This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is VESTIRSI PTY LTD (Promoter).
1.2 Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who, at the start of the Promotion Period, are subscribed to the VESTIRSI Australian email marketing list and do not have a mobile number recorded against their VESTIRSI subscriber profile (Eligible Subscribers).
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors involved in the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or grandparent.
2.3 The Promoter may verify eligibility at any time and may disqualify any entrant who does not meet clause 2.1.

3. How to enter
3.1 The promotion runs from 10:00am AEST (Brisbane time) on Friday 9 October 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 13 October 2026 (Promotion Period). Entrants in states observing daylight saving should note that 10:00am AEST is 11:00am AEDT and 11:59pm AEST is 12:59am AEDT on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
3.2 To enter, Eligible Subscribers (existing Email Subscribers) must, during the Promotion Period, complete the pop-up requirements by submitting a valid Australian mobile number and complete the subscription to VESTIRSI SMS marketing, including any confirmation step required.
3.3 Entries are limited to one per person and one per mobile number. Subscribing more than once, or with more than one mobile number or email address, will not earn additional entries.
3.4 An entry is complete once the SMS subscription is confirmed in the Promoter's system. Entrants may unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP. Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been made will not remove that entry from the draw.
3.5 Entries received outside the Promotion Period, or that are incomplete, illegible or made by automated means, are invalid. The time of entry is the time recorded by the Promoter's systems.
3.6 No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Prize
4.1 There is one prize: a VESTIRSI gift voucher valued at AUD $599 (including GST), redeemable online at  (Prize). The total prize pool is AUD $599.
4.2 The gift voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and is subject to the Promoter's standard gift voucher terms at [link]. It cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable.
4.3 The Prize value is correct at the time of publication. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in Prize value between publication and redemption.
4.4 If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
5. Draw and winner notification
5.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Wednesday 14 October 2026 at 20 Chrome Court, Burpengary, by random selection.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email, at the address on their VESTIRSI subscriber profile, within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name and state may be published.
5.3 The winner must respond and claim the Prize within 14 days of notification. If the Prize is not claimed by then, or the winner is found ineligible, a redraw will take place on Thursday 29 October 2026 at the same location. Any redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days and must claim within 14 days.
5.4 The Prize will be delivered by email within 7 days of a successful claim.

6. General
6.1 The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 If the promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud or any outside interference, the Promoter may, subject to State and Territory regulations, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
6.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the promotion or the Prize, except liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
6.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrectly entered mobile numbers or for SMS or email messages that are delayed, lost or not received due to network or technical issues.
6.5 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

7. Privacy and marketing consent
7.1 By entering, entrants consent to receive SMS marketing from VESTIRSI. Message frequency varies. Standard message rates may apply. Entrants can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
7.2 The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run this promotion, contact the winner and send marketing communications, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the VESTIRSI Privacy Policy at https://shopvestirsi.com/pages/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains how entrants can access or correct their information, make a complaint, and whether information may be disclosed overseas.
7.3 If an entrant does not provide the requested information, they cannot enter the promotion.
