VESTIRSI Win Your Wishlist Competition (Australia)

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is VESTIRSI PTY LTD ABN 94 637 967 625 trading as VESTIRSI, of 20 Chrome Court, Burpengary, QLD 4505 (Promoter).

1.2 Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors involved in the competition, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or grandparent.

2.3 The Promoter may verify eligibility at any time and may disqualify any entrant who does not meet these Terms and Conditions.

3. How to enter

3.1 The competition runs from 6:00pm AEST (Brisbane time) on Saturday 7 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on Friday 13 November 2026 (Promotion Period). Entrants in states observing daylight saving should note that 6:00pm AEST is 7:00pm AEDT, and 11:59pm AEST is 12:59am AEDT on Saturday 14 November 2026.

3.2 To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

(a) create a VESTIRSI account, or log in to their existing VESTIRSI account, at https://shopvestirsi.com/pages/win-your-wishlist; and

(b) select ‘email me with news and offers’ when signing in and be opted in to receive marketing from VESTIRSI.

(b) add at least one product from the VESTIRSI collection to their account wishlist.

3.3 Each eligible entrant receives one entry, regardless of how many products they add to their wishlist. Entries are limited to one per person and one per account. Creating more than one account will not earn additional entries.

3.4 An entry is complete once at least one product is saved to the entrant's wishlist during the Promotion Period, as recorded by the Promoter's systems. Removing products from a wishlist after a valid entry has been made will not remove that entry from the draw.

3.5 Entries made outside the Promotion Period, or by automated means, are invalid. The time of entry is the time recorded by the Promoter's systems.

3.6 No purchase is necessary to enter. Creating a VESTIRSI account is free.

4. Prize

4.1 There is one prize: a digital VESTIRSI gift card valued at AUD $1,000 (including GST), redeemable online at https://shopvestirsi.com (Prize). The total prize pool is AUD $1,000.

4.2 The gift card may be used on any VESTIRSI product available on the Australian store, including but not limited to products on the winner's wishlist. Products on the winner's wishlist are not reserved or guaranteed to remain in stock.

4.3 The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and is subject to the Promoter's standard gift card terms. Any unused balance remains on the gift card until it expires.

4.4 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.

5. Draw and notification

5.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at [time] AEST on Saturday 14 November 2026, using a computerised random selection process.

5.2 The winner will be notified by email, at the address registered to their VESTIRSI account, within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's name may be published across VESTIRSI’ digital communications.

5.3 The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days. The Promoter may ask the winner to verify their identity, age and residency before the Prize is awarded.

5.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days, cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited. An unclaimed prize redraw will take place on Wednesday 2 December 2026 at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified by email and published as in clause 5.2.

5.5 The Prize will be delivered by email to the winner within 7 days of verification.

6. Privacy

6.1 Entrants' personal information will be collected and handled by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://shopvestirsi.com/pages/privacy, for the purposes of running this competition, awarding the Prize and, where the entrant has consented, sending marketing communications.

6.2 Entrants may access or correct their personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time, by contacting the Promoter at hello@shopvestirsi.com.

7. General

7.1 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 If the competition cannot run as planned due to technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority, cancel, modify or suspend the competition.

7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failure that prevents an entry being recorded, or for any email that is not received.

7.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the competition or the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7.5 The Promoter's decision about the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.6 This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok or any other social media platform.

7.7 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
