As someone who lugs too much stuff around and gets shoulder pain from carrying it, the versatility of this bag being a shoulder bag, crossbody, or backpack is a game changer. There is plenty of space in this bag for all my necessities, but still fits into a backpack to take on a plane. The straps are a little bit slippery so they slide off a winter coat, but otherwise no complaints.
