When I first took this bag out of its packaging, I was a little concerned with the size/volume and lack of pockets on the outside of it that I usually like on my bags (I bought this bag knowing this). Happily, surprised that it holds all my stuff. The inner pocket holds my cell phone, glasses, pens, paper, lipstick and the zippered pocket is good for other stuff. I used little pouches to hold all the other loose small things. I can get some gloves a hat and a small knitting project in there with all my other stuff. It takes minimal finagling to convert it to backpack mode. I usually carry it over my shoulder. The zipper on top is of good quality. I used this bag all summer and fall. Loved it. The seams, the straps, inner lining and pockets has held up to months of daily use. It is a thick leather, with minimal odor. The name printed on the front of it is still there after months of use. This is a good bag. I am occasionally tempted to order the larger one (because I love large voluminous bags) but I am satisfied with this one.

The most perfect bag for everything. Purse to backpack and great for travel as the backpack is also theft proof! Love it!
