DELIVERY TIME

• Australia 
• All orders are sent via Australia Post Express
• Arrival time is generally 1-3 days, depending on your state.
  
• For regional or remote areas, please add on 1-2 days. 
• International:
• All international orders are sent via DHL Express
• NZ: 1-2 business days
• USA: 3-6 business days
• UK + Europe: 2-4 business days
• Asia Pacific: 1-3 business days

Delivery times supplied are a best estimate provided by Australia Post and DHL, and VESTIRSI cannot be liable for any unavoidable delivery delays beyond our control. For a list of regions and countries we are currently unable to ship to, please see the bottom of this page.

DISPATCH + PROCESSING

All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. We dispatch orders daily Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note there may be dispatch delays during busy periods, including sales or new season launches. Thank you for understanding.

TAXES + DUTIES

International taxes and duties are paid for by VESTIRSI. You will not be charged additional duties and taxes at delivery.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates only. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you order multiple items and one of your items is a pre-order product, the entire order will be held until all items are available and will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives. If you'd like to request your order be "split" and sent separately, please email our team at hello@shopvestirsi.com. We will do our best to accomodate your request, but depending on product, location and time of year this may not be possible.

CONFIRMATION + TRACKING

You will be emailed a shipping confirmation email from VESTIRSI with your unique tracking number your order is dispatched which will enable you to track your order if you would like to see its progress or ETA. 

For Australian orders, you can track your shipment via the shipping link emailed to you. If you are unable to locate this link, please contact our customer service team at hello@shopvestirsi.com and they can provide it for you.

For International orders shipped outside of Australia, you can click here to track your order.

You will be required to sign for your delivery. VESTIRSI cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
