Orders are packed every day Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Please place your order before 8am AEST to ensure same day shipping.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Standard: FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE. We ship standard parcels via the Australia Post standard service. Standard delivery in Australia is within 2-3 business days and 4-5 business days for WA. This can vary slightly depending on your location and due to COVID-19 delays, so we appreciate your patience. 

Express: $20 Australia wide. Delivered via Australia Post Express Post. Delivery is usually 2 business days within the express post network (Australian capital cities, major metro areas + Perth CBD only) which covers 80% of Australian addresses. However, this can be longer during busy periods (eg. Christmas + COVID 19). Please click here to check whether your location is within the Express Post network. Express postage to regional and remote areas outside the express post network may be 3-5 business days. Please note Australia Post has temporarily suspended its Express Post guarantee due to COVID 19. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

New Zealand Standard: Free. Sent via Australia Post International, delivered in approximately 8-12 business days.

New Zealand Express: $30 AUD. Sent via Australia Post International Express, delivered in approximately 3-8 business days.

International Standard: $30 AUD. Sent via Australia Post International, delivered in approximately 20 business day, depending on your region and pending customs.

International Express: $45 AUD. Sent via Australia Post International Express, delivered in approximately 10-15 business days, depending on your region and pending customs.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

Customers outside Australia may need to pay import duties according to their own country's tax laws. Please check with your local postal service whether an item shipped form Australia is liable for taxes or duties in your country.

CONFIRMATION + TRACKING

A shipping confirmation email from VESTIRSI with your unique tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched which will enable you to track your order if you would like to see its progress or ETA. You will also be sent a tracking email from Australia Post or DHL.

You will be required to sign for your delivery. VESTIRSI cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.

If you have not received your items within 5 business days (Australian orders) or 7 days (International orders) please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

 

RETURNS: EXCHANGES + REFUNDS

CHANGE OF MIND EXCHANGES

If you change your mind about your bag, please email us within 7 days of it arriving to you and we will provide you with the paperwork required to complete an exchange. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your bag, unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange. You will be eligible for an exchange if the following criteria are met:

  1. If you emailed us within 7 days of receiving your bag,
  2. If your bag is unused and returned to us unmarked, unused and undamaged,
  3. If your bag is returned in its original VESTIRSI dustbag + box to ensure it is not damaged in transit while it is being returned to us,
  4. If your bag is returned with the correct paperwork, and
  5. If your bag is returned to us within 14 days of its arrival to you.
If the above criteria are met, you are eligible to exchange your bag for another VESTIRSI bag, or a VESTIRSI gift card (see more information about gift cards below.)
    If you choose to exchange your bag for a bag of greater value you will be issued an invoice or PayPal request for the difference owing
    If you choose to exchange your bag for a bag of lesser value the remaining amount owing to you will be issued to you in a gift card.

      Please note VESTIRSI does not offer refunds for “changes of mind” so please choose your bag carefully. However, in line with guidelines set by the ACCC and Australian Consumer Law, VESTIRSI will offer an opportunity to exchange the bag for another bag, or for a gift card, as stated above, provided the criteria above are met.

      REFUNDS

      In line with the guidelines set by ACCC and Australian Consumer Law, VESTIRSI will offer refunds on items with a major fault.

      If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. To submit a claim for a refund for a faulty item the below conditions must be met
      1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your bag,
      2. You must provide proof of purchase,
      3. You must provide photographic evidence of the fault.
      If the VESTIRSI team have accepted your claim, you must then ensure the bag is:
      1. returned to us within 14 days of its arrival to you
      2. returned with the correct paperwork provided to you by VESTIRSI
      3. returned to us unmarked, unused and undamaged
      4. still in its original VESTIRSI dustbag and box.

      Please note refunds are only offered if there is a clear and obvious fault with the bag.
      Please note whether a bag is “faulty” is determined at the discretion of VESTIRSI, not the customer.

      The following do not quality as faults

      1. Too heavy
      2. Too big
      3. Too small
      4. Strap length
      5. Material preference
      6. Looks different to images
      7. Natural marks in the grain of the leather, not including scratches.
      8. Slightly faded logo

          If your item is deemed by VESTIRSI as faulty, you may return it for a new bag of the same or different style, a gift card or a refund. If you request a refund, and you meet the required factors for a refund above, your refund will be issued once our warehouse team have received and inspected your bag. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

          SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND EXCHANGES

          Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. When returning your VESTIRSI bag, it is advisable to use registered post as we cannot be held liable for any parcels lost in the mail.

          VESTIRSI does not offer free shipping on Change of Mind Exchanges. So, if you decide to exchange your bag for another style, you will be charged the fee of shipping your new bag to you, from our Warehouse in Victoria. You will be sent an invoice request for the shipping fee which will be calculated based on your location and its proximity to our warehouse. Once this shipping fee (and any other amounts owing) are paid, your new bag will be shipped to you.

           SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS OF FAULTY ITEMS

          Shipping costs for the return of items deemed faulty by VESTIRSI will be paid by VESTIRSI and you will be emailed a shipping label to attach to your box. If you decide to swap your bag for another bag, your new bag will be shipped to you free of charge.

           GIFT CARDS

          Gift cards are valid for 365 days. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card

          SALE ITEMS + SECONDS

          Please note all sales of sale items and seconds are final and there are no exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items or seconds for any reason.
