We offer free shipping Australia wide on any purchase.
We ship all parcels through Australia Post standard service.
Standard delivery in Australia is within 2-3 business days and 4-5 business days for WA. This can vary slightly depending on suburb and location so we appreciate your patience.
Express shipping is $20 Australia wide and can be selected at check out at the "Review Order" stage. Australia Post express delivery is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities, major metro areas + Perth CBD only) which covers 80% of Australian addresses. Please click here to check whether your location is within the Express Post network. Regional and remote areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
New Zealand: $25 for Standard shipping or $50 for Express shipping.
Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days to major metro areas. Express takes approximately 3 business days to major metro areas.
Rest of world: $30 AUD for Standard shipping or $60 AUD for Express shipping.

Generally international duties and taxes will not be charged to the customer at pickup, but please check with your local postal service.
CONFIRMATION + TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email from VESTIRSI with your unique tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched which will enable you to track your order if you would like to see its progress or ETA. You will also be sent a tracking email from Australia Post.
You will be required to sign for your delivery. VESTIRSI cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
If you have not received your items within 5 business days (Australian orders) or 7 days (International orders) please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
We want you to love your VESTIRSI bag, as much as we loved making it. So, if you change your mind or you're not happy with your bag for some reason, please contact us within 14 days of your order confirmation email to arrange an exchange or store credit.
In order to exchange you bag, your VESTIRSI bag must be returned in original condition (unused and unmarked in original packaging with box and dust-bag) with proof of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before commencing the exchange process.
When returning your VESTIRSI bag, it is advisable to use registered post as we cannot be held liable for any parcels lost in the mail. Please note shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
DAMGED OR FAULTY GOODS
While we take the upmost care in the production, handling and shipping of our VESTIRSI bags, if we’ve made a mistake or there is a problem with your bag, please email us and let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it for you.
