We ship all parcels through Australia Post standard service. Standard delivery in Australia is within 2-3 business days and 4-5 business days for WA. This can vary slightly depending on suburb and location so we appreciate your patience.
Express shipping is $20 Australia wide and can be selected at check out at the "Review Order" stage. Australia Post express delivery is usually 1-2 business days delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities, major metro areas + Perth CBD only) which covers 80% of Australian addresses. However, this can be longer during busy periods (eg. Christmas.) Please click here to check whether your location is within the Express Post network. Regional and remote areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
New Zealand: Free standard shipping. $30AUD for Express shipping.
United States: Free standard shipping. $30AUD for Express shipping
Rest of world: $20 AUD for Standard shipping. $50 AUD for Express shipping.

Your bags are coming all the way from our Australian warehouse so we appreciate your patience.
Customers outside Australia may need to pay import duties according to their own country's tax laws. Please check with your local postal service whether an item shipped form Australia is liable for taxes or duties in your country.
CONFIRMATION + TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email from VESTIRSI with your unique tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched which will enable you to track your order if you would like to see its progress or ETA. You will also be sent a tracking email from Australia Post.
You will be required to sign for your delivery. VESTIRSI cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
If you have not received your items within 5 business days (Australian orders) or 7 days (International orders) please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES + RETURNS
We want you to love your VESTIRSI bag, as much as we loved making it. So, if you change your mind or you're not happy with your bag for some reason, please send your bag back with this form.
- Your refund/exchange cannot be processed without the form in the link above, so please ensure it is included in your box when returned.
- Your bag must be returned to us within 30 days from its arrival to you.
Your bag must be returned in unused, unmarked condition, complete with dust bag and original packaging.
- Refunds/exchanges will be processed once the bag has arrived to our warehouse and has been inspected by our team.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- When returning your VESTIRSI bag, it is advisable to use registered post as we cannot be held liable for any parcels lost in the mail.
- Shipping costs for exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
DAMGED OR FAULTY GOODS
While we take the upmost care in the production, handling and shipping of our VESTIRSI bags, if we’ve made a mistake or there is a problem with your bag, please email us and let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it for you.
All VESTIRSI bags are handmade by leather artisans in Italy, from fine Italian leather and we provide a 12 month warranty on every bag. So, if in the unlikely event there is a fault or issue with one of our bags within 12 months of purchase, please contact us and we will arrange for it to be fixed or replaced.
