A quiet Showstopper: the Scarlett Beige Hobo

I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with a hobo bag, but the Scarlet Hobo Bag in the Linen to Milky Coffee shade surprised me in all the best ways. It’s the kind of bag that doesn’t shout for attention—but always gets it anyway.
Colour and Texture: It’s neutral enough to go with everything, but the gentle beige tone gives it just enough edge to stand out. Think “earthy elegance” with a whisper of luxury.
Design & Functionality:
The slouchy hobo shape gives it a relaxed feel, but it’s thoughtfully structured so it doesn’t become a black hole. I was pleasantly surprised by how much it holds—wallet, book, water bottle, a pouch, and still room to spare. The strap is wide and comfortable, perfect for daily wear.
Craftsmanship:

The 'perfect bag'.

Great quality, great look
After looking for several months - truly! - for the perfect black handbag, I happened to see on Instagram that this bag had been voted best work bag by Vogue Australia. It was at least a couple of hundred dollars less expensive than others I had been looking at, so decided it was worth trying. The bag is now travelling throughout Scandinavia and Europe with me and I love it. Beautiful leather, quality workmanship. Very happy. It only includes a phone pouch and no zip pockets, so that challenged my decision but it comes with a zip purse, and I have since added a Vestirsi set of three zip pouches, so together my bag is super organised for travel and holds everything I need. My only constructive crticism is that the magnetic closure is not very strong so it doesn't always stay closed.

Very happy with my Scarlett 2.0. I received excellent customer service for an original purchase after changing my mind and deciding the Scarlett 2.0 was for me. Both deliveries arrived within 1-2 days. The returns process was excellent. I paid the difference in cost via Shop App and absolutely love my new Milk Chocolate Scarlett 2.0. The inside pocket easily fits my set of keys, garage remote/alarm remote and lippy or IPhone 15. The bag also holds my wallet, MacBook + more. The leather has a creamy chocolate mousse feel yet the bag is durable with secure strong stitching to hold weight. Very happy!
