DELIVERY TIME

• 1-3 days depending on your state.
• WA + TAS + regional/remote areas please add on 1-2 days. 
• International via DHL Express:
• NZ: 1-2 business days
• USA: 2-4 business days
• UK + Europe: 2-4 business days
• Asia Pacific: 1-3 business days

Delivery times supplied are a best estimate provided by Aus Post and DHL and VESTIRSI cannot be liable for any unavoidable delivery delays out of our control.

DISPATCH + PROCESSING

All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. We dispatch orders daily Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed by 12noon will be shipped same day. Please note there may be dispatch delays during busy periods including sales or new launches. Thank you for understanding.

TAXES + DUTIES

International taxes and duties are paid for by VESTIRSI. You will not be charged additional duties and taxes at delivery.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates only. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you order multiple items and one of your items is a pre-order product, the entire order will be held until all items are available and will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives. If you'd like to request your order be "split" and sent separately, please email our team at warehouse@shopvestirsi.com. We will do our best to accomodate your request, but depending on product, location and time of year this may not be possible.

CONFIRMATION + TRACKING

You will be emailed a shipping confirmation email from VESTIRSI with your unique tracking number your order is dispatched which will enable you to track your order if you would like to see its progress or ETA. 

You will be required to sign for your delivery. VESTIRSI cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
