This is fantastic for work because it accommodates my 14 inch MacBook while also looking so sleek and fashionable. I am amazed at how comfortable the thick leather straps are when wearing it as a backpack, and it also feels comfortable when worn as a tote. Something about the construction of the bag (maybe where the straps are attached) means it supports its own weight more than a lot of other tote bags imo.
The one thing that would push the needle to 5 stars for me would be and one outside pocket with a zip - this would make it easier to store keys/phone when on the go. Or an easy fix would be to add a little more depth to the inside pockets so that keys and phone could feel more secure and less likely to fall out.
