To return your order, please visit our Returns Portal here.
We are pleased to offer complimentary pre paid return label for full priced items. Once you've submitted your information in the Returns Portal you will be provided with a prepaid returns label.
Please submit your return within 30 days of your order arriving to you. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer process your return. (This will be extended to 60 days over the Christmas gifting period for bags purchased during November and December.)
We only accept returns, in the same condition in which you received them. All items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags) with tags and protective film and protective paper still attached on the hardware. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.
Please note VESTIRSI not liable for packages lost in the post so we suggest returning your bag back to us via registered post.
Once your item arrives back to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. This may extend to 10-14 business days during sale and busy trade periods. Thank you for your patience.
For refunds, funds should appear in your bank account/credit card within 5-10 business days of being processed. Funds will be returned to the original form of payment.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to facilitate exchanges within 30 days for unused items.

If you need your new item urgently, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and repurchasing in the new item as a seperate transaction. This allows us to ship you your new item immediately.
Please note if an item is showing as "low stock" we recommend purchasing your replacement as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as it may sell out while you are waiting for your return to arrive back to us and be processed.
RETURNS ON ITEMS BOUGHT DURING BLACK FRIDAY SALE
You may return your item(s) bought during a Black Friday promotional period for a refund or exchange. Please visit our Returns Portal here.

RETURNS ON 'SLIGHTLY IMPERFECT' ITEMS
Please note all purchases of "Slightly Imperfect" items are final and there are no exchanges, returns or refunds on these items for any reason.
This includes any cases where the customer feels the imperfection on the "Slightly Imperfect" bag is different or worse to the examples provided in the pictures. We endeavour to display a wide range of imperfections on the product pages but are unable to photograph every bag and photograph every type of imperfection.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for 365 days. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
All orders processed online constitute an agreement to these policies, terms and conditions.
